Oversee the implementation of the SAD Project in the MENA region in Lebanon, Iraq, and Jordan.

Main tasks and responsibilities
•Develop a regional SAD intervention in Lebanon, Iraq, and Jordan; identify possible synergies, common indicators, and approaches; facilitate the sharing of expertise, training, and ideas;
•Coordinate the SAD intervention in Lebanon, Jordan, and Iraq: plan, supervise, and monitor project activities and staff;
•Handle administrative management in line with AVSI procedures; verify the accuracy of project expenditure reporting;
•Participate in evaluation and monitoring missions as planned during the project;
•Coordinate local project staff;
•Coordinate the information flow between the three country projects and HQ;
•Participate in all brainstorming sessions during the project planning phase for the MENA region (Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan) to identify possible synergies with SAD;
•Identify opportunities and develop specific SAD projects to submit for external funding.

Essential Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in social sciences/psychology (A Master's degree will be considered an advantage)

Work experience:
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in NGOs in the MENA region.

Language proficiency:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (knowledge of Arabic and Italian languages will be considered an advantage)
